I went to Paragon Honda on May 25th 2011 hoping to buy a certified Honda Civic. I had checked online the vehicles I was interested in to make it easier on the dealer and myself as well. Camila the sells rep verified that the vehicle I was interested the most was still available. She even walked to a different lot to make sure the vehicle was available. The price of the vehicle was the same as advertised online. Therefore, no switch and bait as other dealers do. Camila prepared all the paper work and had the vehicle ready for delivery in approximately two hours. Her personality and professionalism made the deal a pleasant experience. At no time there was any pressure in closing a deal. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and that I was getting the best deal possible.Joe; Camila’s manager called me to verify that the service provided was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Paragon Honda and I will certainly go back when in plans to obtain a new vehicle
