From the minute I arrive, I am greeted by name by my service adviser and am taken into a comfortable waiting area with remarkable amenities. All work is explained to me in detail and nothing is done without my permission. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work done is top notch. My service adviser, Edwin C. is a true gentleman and treats me with courtesy and respect. The manager, Anthony P. is an asset to Paragon. He does an outstanding job at coordinating the service department and is always willing to chat with a customer. It is truly an honor to deal with such professionals at Paragon Honda. I have been going to Paragon for the past four years and will definitely return in the future.
