• I have been reading some of the reviews and I disagree with a lot of them . I bought a new vehicle two years ago and the salespeople were very friendly except the long waiting hours. I never felt the pressure from the salespeople to sell me a car that they wanted ,on the contrary , I always felt myself in control of the situation at all times. I came back to trade in my car and this time and the service was exceptional . They have changed a lot on their service since my last visit. George Faccio was great in terms of helping me getting the best deal for my money and explaining all the options available for my budget . Evelyn Sanchez had the patience of an angel explaining all the features of my new car. Gary Lin ( the business manager) gave me the best financial option available for me and great tips. In terms of Jason Graciano , one of the best managers that I ever encountered. I felt very special. This time the waiting time was shorter, more efficient and I had great deals for my money. Also he gave me lots of personal tips to stretch my money. I am very happy with the outcome. I never considered myself a " Honda person" until now . I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I got more than a service in this place. -HP
