• visiting paragon honda on 1 20 12 was a great experience as soon i step in the main door Mr.Luis Cruz was ready to do Business , nice solid and strong welcome to paragon honda how may i help you , not to turn him off but i answered i was looking for Richard Perez the sale associate but wow! once i said that Mr.Cruz was still excited about us coming in to paragon he took his time to accomodate us at Mr.Richard's Perez sale desk , he got us all seated and stood with us till Richard Perez came over he even gave us some buying tips and reference on buying vs leasing till richard came over . thank you Mr.cruz once i meet with Mr.perez it was like meeting with the president, to my experience with his sales knowledges and his sale personality, it was really great . Mr.richard Perez treated us with a proffecional and respetful manner thru the whole process to get our new car he made us few different excenarios why finance , lease or buying a pre-own vehicle the advantage and dissavantage of all the option , then he allow us to decided on the best decission for us , we tested drive few vehicle with him never pushed us or force us to buy none of the cars just presented the payments on all the cars we look at . saying that finally we decided to buy the 2012 honda crv and based on the payment budget we gave hin to work with he did whatever was possible to his power to make that budget to be possible for us to buy this new car , even after all he did the budget was just over by $50 dollars and just because the way he worked with us we decided to take the crv . mind you he didnt even new our credit score and he did all this beliving on our words of we saying we had good credit , so finally to say if you need a proffecional sale experience while buying or leasing a new or preown car go to see Richard Perez at Paragon Honda he will help you to decided on your new car . not to forget Amanda the sale delivery specialist , she is the one who finalized your paper work before you take your car wow! exeptional very polite and proffessional treatment during closing the delivery of this car to us she deserved and A+ she took her time to go over all the car fectures even all this is on the car owner manual hand book , she tought us everything including assisting on programing the cell bluetooth . thank you to all the persons that help us to get this new car .. -alquimedes30
